What is a vehicle inspection document?

A vehicle inspection document is the written record of what was checked on a vehicle. Our three kits give you one for the repair bay. They also give you one for the rental or loaner counter and one for the used-vehicle desk. Each has your shop’s name on every sheet.

How can I create an inspection report?

Type your shop’s name once, then fill the fields on screen or print the sheet and mark each check. The multi-point kit is the inspection report for the bay, with Pass, Attn or Fail on every line. The other two kits record a rental’s check-out and check-in and a used car’s condition.

What's included in a vehicle inspection report?

A vehicle inspection report on our sheets holds the vehicle and customer with a 17-character VIN and odometer. It holds one result per check, notes and a sign-off. The bundle holds three such reports for three desks, 25 pages in all, with filled samples to train on.
